SCOTT MURPHY

Head coach

Scott Murphy has been head coach of Clarkston Colts across two spells since 2016, overseeing our 2007 team and the wider club structure.  
He has both the SFA children’s award and the SFA C license. 
Scott started his coaching pathway at Airdrie Boys Club. He then moved into coaching multi sports with Active Schools before taking on the role at Burnbank. His move to The Colts followed while he also held a role at Falkirk FC's academy.
Scott believes in a fun, creative environment where the kids grow as players and as people.

JACK HAUGH

Goalkeeper coach

Jack Haugh has been involved with The Colts since 2017. He works closely with the goalkeepers in our 2007 age group. 
His childhood idol was Stefan Klos and he works in football, covering SPFL matches for The Herald.
He has played football for Glasgow University FC, Bellshill Athletic, and in Germany. 
Jack has his level three goalkeeper coaching certificate from the Scottish Football Association. He will next work towards his UEFA B licence.

ASHLEY NEIL

Coach

Ashley Neil has been involved with The Colts since 2018.
She has her 1.3 Children's Coaching Award.
Ashley works for a software company as an IT engineer.
Her main aspirations are to continue to help build this community and encourage more kids to reach their potential.

LENI ALLAN

Coach

Leni Allan played football with Motherwell, Airdrie and East Stirling at Pro Youth level. He has loved to both watch and play games since he was a boy.
His idols were Paul Gascoigne and Marvyn Wilson.
Now, he's a distribution manager for a large gas company based in Motherwell and has been involved with The Colts since 2020. 
He hopes he can pass on the football bug by helping and encouraging the kids to better themselves on the field.
