Clarkston Colts is on the hunt for new volunteer coaches to lead our 2007s ahead of the 2024/25 season. Fresh from securing our highest-ever league finish, the age group has big plans for the new campaign.
We have several positions available, and this includes for a new head coach. For this role, it is desirable that you have your 1.2 Youth/Adult certificate from the SFA. However, if you don't have this, you will be supported in working through your qualifications.
Responsibilities
Leading two weekly training sessions and matches on a Saturday
Recruiting and supporting players throughout the season
Working with the committee to advance the club
Qualifications
For head coach
1.2 SFA Youth/adult certificate is desirable but not essential
For all other positions (and including head coach)
Willingness to commit several nights per week and one weekend morning
Passion for football and developing young people
Full, clean PVG, but this can also be applied for if you don't have it yet
